Rule 1

When purchasing shoes and sneakers please wait for us to confirm the availability of your shoe size before making payment

Rule 2

Please take special care in choosing the sizes and colours of items you wish to order, should any error be made when you have checked out your cart please urgently send an email to info@pearlhf.co.za with your order number as a subject and state what corrections you wish to make to the order

Rule 3

Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your order to be delivered due to backlogs in supply

At Pearl's Hair And Fashion, we take the utmost care in trying to supply the highest quality items, we have done extensive research on the items we sell on our store to ensure that you don't receive items that are not of the quality that you paid for. However should you have a problem with your order we offer a full refund on return of the faulty or wrong items
